Where we ship
We ship only to addresses in the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll get an email when your order is confirmed.

Shipping rates
Standard Shipping: $5.99 on orders under $35
FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $35 or more
Any other shipping options and their prices are shown at checkout.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after they ship.

Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Delays
Weather, carrier issues and peak seasons can sometimes cause delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, send us a message through our contact form with your order number and we’ll help right away.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible through our contact form so we can try to correct it before your order ships.
